| So the "click" in my shoulder is gettin alot smaller when i rotate my arm, i havnt been wokring my upper body since wednesday and its starting to improve. My phiseo thinks its torn ligaments has anyone here had torn ligaments if so how long did it take for them to repair, by the way the ligaments in my shoulder im talking about are the ones that connect your clavicle to your shoulder |

| The Subclavius runs from the shoulder and along the clavicle. The tendons connecting this muscle sometimes becomes injured and it is not an uncommon injury in weight lifters. Take care of this injury because it can become worse very quickly without safe lifting and rest. |
