I got the x rays on my shoulder back and the doctor says everything is perfectly normal. But what confuses me is why i still have this loud clicking sensation when i do an arm rotation anyone have advice?

My shoulder clicks too. Especially when I'm doing military presses and bench.
It doesn't hurt or anything... It is just a bit annoying.

My advice is, take it easy on the heavy weights and use proper pushing and pulling form.

u guys to, me and my friend hear this odd clicking when were doing MP but its only when were pushing? if anyone knows if this can be harmful let me know...it doesnt hurt it just sounds bad like its busting somthing in there.

yeah its a good size click and it doesnt hurt or anything but ive had it for like 3 weeks never any pain though im gunna give it 4 more days to go away. if it doesnt go away im just gunna go back in with proper form and lower the weight for a bit. thanks for the advice
