I have started using cytogainer to help with the carb and calories. I was told to try and get 2.50 - 3.0 grams of carbs per lb. body weight and of course 1.50 gr of protein per lb if bw. I have noticed a little weight gain with the cytogainer in the last 2 or 3 weeks, but not much less than 10 pounds. Using that I am raising my calorie intake by at least 1200 calories and 175 to 200 extra carbs per day. Does it take a while? I don't want to put on fat and I do seem harder. What is your opinion of this weight gainer, and can any of you reccomend another perhaps to try. How long should I give this to really give it the benefit of the doubt? The rest of my diet includes a lot of rice (ususally white), chicken, and the occasional pb and j (sugar free jelly).
