i want to get really cut and fat free, so you can see al the definition i dont have much fat on me now and i weight lift and do mixed martial arts 6 days a week, so i was wondering what would be a good way to do this? get big and then cut down alot or just do nice low weights with lots of reps from the start to the finish.. i also do want to gain weight before highschool next year but have a good toned body.

ok well heres how it goes
morning- instant oatmeal and and protein shake
10:15A.M- Small snack almonds,crackers etc..
12:00P.M- two sandwhiches on whole wheat bread(turkey or ham) and a protein shake and a juice box.
3:00P.M- Udo oil,sandwhich,protein shake
After that i usually go to judo or muay thai and come home at 6:00 and eat and im done i dunno what to do really im kinda new i want something organized if you can help me out.. because i want to get bigger in muscle sized but stay real toned. I have judo at 8-10 mon wed fri and muay thai: tues,thurs,sat at 5:30 how would i balance it :P, please try to write out a daily guide for me i attend school so i try to do my best.

lol dam dude your schedule is going to be rough as hell, you need to go in and decide what times your available to eat and let us know.

eat more. then when you are done eat more again. lots of protein less fat
