when did you have the surgery for you ACL, PCL, & MCL? how long until you can incorporate leg work into your workouts, and are you currently in therapy for the surgery recovery?

first off, let me say that we are not here to belittle you or your knowledge in any way, and as long as you are respectful to us, we will give you the same treatment, so there is no reason to thank us for it. Having that said, i will let you know that there are MANY workouts out there for 'the perfect abs', but what they wont tell you is that ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. when i first began reading, i was in search of the magical little workout too, but ive now learned that there is none. there is also no supplement that works like magic, but there are a few that do work for some people. a friend of mine is having great results with sesathin, but that is quite pricey. youd be better off getting some green tea extract from www.trueprotein.com ok, your routine needs some work, because you dont have quads, hamstrings, or calves. but since the surgery, you may not be released yet to do those things. in any case, your still missing shoulders. you may also want to consider cutting down on the volume. as soon as you let me know what the word is on your legs, and whether or not you can lift for them (which i seriously doubt) i will help you further...

i had the surgery about a year ago, and it is more of i just get swelling and pains in my legs when i try to work out or run to much.. i have been medically released to do lower body, but it hurts bad and they tend to cramp up from it. i have been going to rehab and he says light weights would be fine for me. So if you would like to tweak my workout plan id love to hear it

do you think that you would be able to handle light weights with you legs? do you think you will cause any damage? how bad is the swelling/pains? have you asked your doctor about the swelling/pains? What has he said? ---------------------------------- sorry about asking all these questions, but the more details i know, the more safe and productive i can help your workouts to be....
