| hey everyone i was just wondering if i am doing 5-7 sets in an excercise and goin 8-12 reps, as the sets go on is it alright to keep the same lifting weight to hit those reps or is it better to keep increasing the weight, for instance if i am doing 10 reps at 225 on the bench my next set i could only get 8-9 at the same lifting weight, is this still going to build muscle properly or should i increase weight and get fewer reps. thx ryan |
