I keep things around the kitchen that I can pack in a second. Wife tells me "come on, no time to pack anything" My reply will be "STFU woman, I need to eat and your fat ass can wait". :D

Seriously, I like to keep nuts, like Almonds, walnuts, pecans and peanuts, no salt added, whhey protein powder in a mixer that I can add water to anywhere we go, even those packs of tuna that you can eat on the run and are flavored.

I honestly cook and pack my food the night before. It really helps. Then I generally put alot of it in a cooler that goes in my car. If I absolutely must eat out I don't really worry about it. I just make a smart choice. steak or chicken and veggies, no fries. Try to make smart choices. as long as you don't have a contest coming up taking a few small breaks( meals) from dieting is ok. It will just take you longer to get to your goal.

Hey dude if she uses makeup say the same things about that. Womens hand bags are full of stuff and we don't complain because it makes them look good or takes too long. We just do the same with food.

Don't give up the diet if you are serious because you know you'll regret it.

I just use protein shakes if time is not on my side and have proper food when I can. One good way is make some cakes or flapjacks on the weekend. Another thing I do is try to make some food the day before. Be prepared.

hey bro, I work from 8-7pm daily. Even though I have only been working out for 4 weeks now, everyone in this office knows something is up. I am getting huge (AGAIN) 272lbs yesterday, thank you! anyhow, I came up with this concoction (sp?) that is basically a protien nightmare. here it is

1. six chicken breasts chopped up into little tiny cubes
2. about 2lbs of salmon
3. 1lb of 4% lean ground beef
4. 4 packets of tuna
5. 18 eggs (only 5 with the yolks)
6. 1 bottle of non-fat mayonnaise
7. mustard to taste
8. pickle relish

mix it all up and it should last you a couple of days depending on your nutritional needs. I also take brown rice in a separate tupperware container with me with varied amounts depeding on what day in the week it is along with some pasta sauce. always cycle your carbs.

Hope this helps. also, Bbq's are a great tool.

LOL that is the weirdest thing ive ever heard of but ill deffinatley try it. what do you do use it as a sandwhich mix?? or what ill probley add some celery to the mix but it sounds good, have you tried it without the Salmon and the Ground Beef cuz that sht sounds nasty added to the mix.

Now I'm not sitting here telling you I am going up for the chef of the year award. In no way shape or form is this the best tasting stuff. however, I find that if I don't get the salmon in there, I won't eat it at all. I hate salmon by itself and the only way I can eat it is with alot of ketchup (or catsup if you like that sh_t). but, when it comes down to it, if we weren't all spoiled with all our choices of food to eat, we would probobly eat horses a*&holes if that where all we had to eat. Wait, isn't that hotdogs?

Anyhow, try adding in some veggies. The freezer kind cooked in some flax seed oil in a frying pan. Tried that today and it came out pretty good.
