...to my current routine. I have gained 20 lbs since mid feb. now I weigh 150 give or take, and my strength has increased considerably. But so has my stomach. My six pack still shows through but its much fattier. I just started lanscaping work and i work often and sometimes really hard so its a little tougher to get in the gym now. But anyway... I was reading a website I think its called sports coach and I saw a routine on their, I was thinking about switching mine up to this, basically Im wondering what kind of results I will get. Heres the routine Example 15 week program 3 weeks of 3 sets of 14 to 20 repetitions max (RM) 1 week of 2 sets of 11 to 14RM 3 weeks of 3 sets of 11 to 14RM 1 week of 2 sets of 6 to 11RM 3 weeks of 3 sets of 6 to 11RM 1 week of 1 set of 3 to 6RM 3 weeks of 2 sets of 3 to 6RM Also I just started taking creatine and I am wondering does this routine conflict with what creatine is used for? Any input appreciated.

creatine will increase the levles of ATP in your muscles there fore allowing you ot have more muscular enduance and some strength increase. personally I think that program sucks look at either my pling journal or search for silverbacks routine both will work well

Well i want to increase to length of my biceps, they are getting thick (about 14") but the 2 inches from my forearm up towards my shouldar are just ligaments. What aproach should i take to get the muscle to extend more? Also whats a good exercise to hit the lateral head of the triceps?

definately look at a powerlifting journal. those guys really know what they are talking about. also u mention gaining 20lbs. great job. Even though you said some of it was fat that is still really good. One thing to take into consideration is that if you gained 20lbs and are at 150lbs. u probably have a very gifted metabolism. Don't worry aout the fat to much because after you gain some more you should be able to diet down rather easily.
