I want to increase the length of my biceps. They are getting thick but not any longer. I Currently do 1 set of 10 curls on back day after doing tbar rows and bent bb rows. Then 2-3 days later I do 4 sets, 2 with the curl bar 10-8, then 2 seated w/ dbs, 8-6. For length should I do less weight with more sets and reps, or just more reps? Also should I continue to do curls on back day?

theres no way on earth you can change the length of your bicep bro! your genetics determine the shape of your bicep.

just like gymphreak said, you cant make you biceps "longer". that is the the biggest misguided question ever asked in a gym. you these "know it all" guys who walk around the gym giving everyone their "vast knowledge" by saying things like, "if you dont complete the range of the exericise, your muscle will stay short". the fact is, your muecles are the lenght they are because of genetics. unless you know how to make your tendons and ligaments detatch so you muscle can move along the length of your bone, they will never get longer. stick with adding just plain muscle "actin, myosin filaments", and your biceps will grow. hopefully, depending on your routine, the size that you will achieve will overshadow the lenght and you will be just plain "SWOL"
