| I'm 21 years old, 6'2", 180 lbs. Low body fat and a little experience. In the past, I've been focused on muscle gain. However, I'm starting to realize that what those programs are designed to give me isn't what I'm looking for. I'm not looking to get huge. Rather, I want to increase my strength and get a body more along the lines of Joe Eigo's (http://img279.echo.cx/img279/8702/joeeigo1qw.jpg). Basically, I'm looking for the best way to go about it. Any sites with good information on strength training would be greatly appreciated. I have a few pictures of myself so you'll have an idea of where I'm at (don't try to judge the duck pants. They're hardcore.), but which also lead me to another question. I seem to have been cursed with unusually small pecs. In the first picture, it looks like I'm fat, 'cause they don't even come out as far as my stomach. In the second picture, even though I'm flexing, they don't go past my stomach. I'm thinking it might be related to a slight abnormality, a "dent" in the middle of my chest, as can be seen in the third picture. Has anyone here seen any kind of similar problem? If so, is there any hope for me in this disheartening situation? Pic 1 (Relaxed) (http://img279.echo.cx/img279/7538/minis42003241xd.jpg) Pic 2 (Flexing) (http://img279.echo.cx/img279/2483/minis42003257nx.jpg) Pic 3 (Front View) (http://img279.echo.cx/img279/3042/minis42003268pt.jpg) The timeframe I'm looking at is 7-8 months. Is this a feasible amount of time to reach my goal of the Eigo-esque body? I'd rather go all-natural. No supplements or anything of that sort. Also, would incorporating a running routine help or hinder my development? I'm interested in taking up jogging in the mornings, but if doing so would prove detrimental to my overall goal, I'd be willing to scrap the idea. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. |

| first off your white he's asain so you won't look like him. haha. sorry for the bad joke. In all seriousness working out on a "mass" program isn't going to "bulk or get u huge" It is the diet concept of your training that will get you big or lean or whatever u so desire. COntinue on a training routine or your choice. Add cardio in to drop some fat to give a more defined look. 7-8 months is more then a reasonable time frame to continue toadd a little muscle while leaning up. |
