I have three month's to get into shape and since I've never worked out before I need to really kick it to get a bod that's presentable at the beach. What workout's are best for building up the chest, abs, biceps, and legs.(or whats a good full body workout.) And does any one know of any good free sites that have charts and other visual aids to help me along. Thanks alot Rev.

Well my diet consist of all natural foods, bowl of cereal in the morning, lunch a few hot dogs, or ham sandwich, dinner never the same mostly a three course meal, meat, veggies, and bread. Every once and a while I'll go fast food. I'm one of those guys who can eat and eat and eat some more but for some reason I will never gain a pound. I started to take some Mus-L Blast (type of protein shake) to help gain weight and muscle mass but so far all its done is given me a little Buda belly. I'm 6'2 around 150lbs pritty active just need to bulk up a bit. Again thanks for helping. Rev.

When I go to the beach, the first thing that I evaluate is the back and forarms. Legs are up there too. If someone has big forearms, traps and back and big legs, I know they're strong.
