Sit-ups - One a day, half when i get up in the morning, the other half when i lay down at night. Mind you some days get multiple sit-ups if the first exhausts me and i need to take addition recovery naps.
Push-ups - I prefer the more difficult push-out. After I eat a good home cooked meal, it requires quite some strentgh to push-out from the table.
Squats - I have to do a 175 pound squat at least twice a day in order to put on my shoes and then again to take them off.
Wieght lifting - genrally i prefer a one arm at a time bicep type curl as its easier to eat one fork full of food at a time, I am careful though to alternate to get symetrical build up, sometimes i power lift, with a baby back rib or corn on the cob requiring two hands to lift.
Recently added A Chin-up routine so i could be sure to see under my neck for shaving
