| Hey guys, Im brand new to the forums here. Ok this is what I want to do. I am 16 years old 158 lbs and 6'0 tall. Im stronger then most of my friends, but I want to be bigger and more ripped by July. Im hoping for like 180 or something. I dont even know if thats possible. Anyways to start my session I went out and bought this stuff called "Muscle Juice" its a high protein, high carb powder that I mix with water or milk. I really want to make my chest, arms, and abs more defined. Is there anything you guys can say to help me out? Hehe. :ohcrap: |

| If you're just starting lifting, you may be able to get about 10-15lbs of lean mass in just a couple months. You want to be bigger and more ripped. This means, you will need to drop body fat and pack on a substanial amount of muscle in just 2 months. I would say, focus on one or the other right now. This task is impossible naturally and very difficult to do even with any illegal help. Don't get too upset yet. With a good diet, cardio, heavy lifting and rest, you should have people noticing a difference in just 2 months. Most of the time the carbs in those shakes are sugar. Stick to cleaner carbs if you want to keep your BF low. |
