any guys out there that are big or trying to get big.....well i am too....im 16 years old and want to get big for football next year......i didnt play this year because i was to small i weighed only about 160 at a varsity level and that just doesnt cut it at that level.......im about 5' 7 and now weight about 183 ive been eating like crazy and have seen some improvements but i have added up my nutrients from the food and im not getting enuff food....its like holy shit wat else can i eat????? i eat breakfast((eggs 5 3 whites 2 whole)) then like a pb sandwich everyother period in school(about 3) and at end of the day when im leaving i eat a protein bar......before work i usually feel like i havent ate enought and eat some type of fast food like wendys burgers cuz ive read there the healthiest so im wondering has anyone else went throught this and if soooo what should i do???? please?!?!!

Well, you've almost answered your own question. 5 eggs? why not just double this to 10 eggs? 3 sandwiches, why not 6? you get the idea. I understand you aren't going to be able to eat to perfection, so just eat more of what you can eat and try as hard as you can to keep it healthy. But, Wendy's burgers are good for putting on some size, I'd just try to eat it earlier in the day.

eat 8 meals a day...if your not stuffed...eat more food lol...nuff said :D
