| The week off was a good idea. I once waited until the lymph node in my right armpit was the size of a pingpong ball. Your workout schedule looks good, but I dont recommend staying in the same routine for more than three weeks. keep your body guessing. You can shock your body by throwing in a 5 day week hitting every part twice. then going back to your 3 day week. A good way to burn fat is to keep your heart rate up while you are working out. try some circuit training. Do one exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, do another exercise for 20 seconds, etc. Its good to have a partner to keep each other going. Its hard to make yourself do something like that on your own. |
