what are ya doing now???? ...you have to train your full body, seperate days of course (example: monday: chest and tris...... wednesday shoulders and back..... friday legs and biceps).... train abs every traning day what are your stats and goals?

A good regiment for the upper body is a strong lower body...lol If you do a quick search on whole body/full body routines, it will give you a good start. Also, there are many other routines that are posted here as well.

man, i dont mean to flame, but people like this piss me off. You need to think about more than your arms and abs, for they are far low on the list of things needed to be worked out.

wahts your lower body routine look like?

That's fair...but, I must say, not many peope really do have a strong lower body. If you aren't parallel squating more than 350lbs for reps, you don't have a strong lower body.

i dont spuat but my leg presses are in the upper 900lbs, so i could easily squat 350+lbs
