| I am 16 years old, 144 lbs., 5 foot 10 with 12-13% body fat. I have been working out on and off for the past 2 years. My goals are to get stronger and put on lean body mass? Any suggestions for a diet and/or weight lifting routine? |

| Are you just doing it for looks and health or are their sports involved? If it's the prior, then just start simple. 3 days weight lifting, 2 days of light cardio. Base your workouts around big lifts, like bench, squats, chins, Barbell rows, military press etc. Start developing a strong core too. Many trainees simply forget to train abs or stop because they don't feel like it. Lower back, hamstring work, abs and flexor strength is very important to being strong. |

| Thank's shortz. I am mainly going for looks and health although, I want to put on lean body mass. Any diet or weight lifting suggestions? Thanks. |
