| so which is the best energy drink? can it get u pumped up b4 a workout? i heard drinking a red bull b4 a workout can help with building mass..... will it get u focused? bad 4 u at all?? just curious......thanks!!!! |

| High impact carbs they are all "bad for you" but that doesn't stop me from having 3-4 redbulls a week. |

| No xplode tastes awful. I have puked shortly after chugging a glass of it. I can never do it again, it triggers a gag reflex also, i bet red bull costs nearly as much per serving as no xplode |

| Hmmm I thought I was the only one that drank red bull and vodka before working out. :D j/k I use rockstar instead of redbull it's cheaper and taste the same. I haven't drank that stuff in forever. |

| Here's kind of a follow up question.I take energy drinks before i workout.I really work out at a high intensity,so do most of the carbs pretty much burn off during the workout?I'm a fairly lean guy,and am not fat,so i'm wondering if those type of carbs will stick to me or store later on. |

| High GI or High Impact carbs need to either be burned quickly or they will just convert to stored energy.(Fat) so, when you drink one before a workout, your probobly burning it anyhow. |

| have u guys ever tried v12 i tried that and that is the worst tasting thing ive ever had!!!!! horrible if it taste like that count me out but i love the tast of cellmass! thanks fer the advice |
