I just started working out again and was wondering if anyone knew of a good ab workout that I can do. I work out Mon, Wed, and Fri.

A good routine:

workout A: decline situps, roman twists

workout B: hanging leg raises, crunches.

It works the hips too and the obliques, if you alternate this M W F it will see you right

How many set should I do? or should I do as many as I can until failure?

start with 3 sets of 12 reps nearly to failure, then over the weeks lower the reps to 6-8 and the sets 4-5. A strong core is crucial to training well and healthy

I have also noticed that doing any type of situps slow hits the abs so much more than doing it super fast. I usually hold the mucle for a second or two at peak and I feel it more than doing 100 fast ones.
