:2cents: :2cents: if i were to have more of an inner chest my pecs would look more square and i need that/want that u guys know any good inner chest excersizes for upper and lower?? if so please tell.....and whats a good way to fit it in....

i usually do

bench press dumbell or barbell
incline press db or bb
sum type of flies or pec dec machine
pullovers
decline bb press


((i dont do all of this this is just some of the things i switch between))
((usually pick 3 or 4 depends on how i feel))

well i kno thats one but it seems to work my tris alot and i dont really feel it in my chest....

look at Jay cutler he has a gap between his pecs where some pros do not.

well when i look in the mirror it seems like my outer ches poofs way out and my inner chest doesnt really move at all i need to get that little v lookin shape....i kno theres close grip bench but that seems to work my tris alot....where do u hold it and is there anything else i can do?????

IMO I think you're probably one of those over critical people, not name calling but it seems you have an idea of what you want to look like. Work your whole chest and stop looking so close b/c you are probably the only one who notices. :)

Well I'd assume there isnt as much muscle in the very inner part of your chest where as there is more on the outer part...so I dont think your going to be able to pull that one off but I could be very far from right

flies and cables will help with the middle your chest.

when you do your presses hold them for a 2 count at the top of every rep,brings a nice bit of density in the middle :)
