| I think that its good for cardiovascular health, but not so much for weight loss. Remember when losing fat, its not the intensity of the cardio, its the duration (30-45 min). But if u could jump rope for 30 minutes straight, which I doubt (no offense), go for it |

| as a matter of fact I do jump rope for about 30 mins... aiming for 45 mins.. that is good right.. it gets my heart rate up and I sweat a lot.... that is good no... like 3 times a week is good,... ??? ebatz |

| i am into kickboxing.. looking for a place to take a great intense class at it.. i get bored with the treadmill and the bike.. so i jump rope... my legs are killing me now.. i just finished up a session.. thanks for the support.. ebatz |
