Are Hax Squats on the machine just as good and effective as doing normal squats with a barbell and weights? whats your opinion on this?

if it is a 40 degree machine...someof them can be hard on the knees if not made right

nothing beats a regular squats it forces you to work your entire body... using the machine doesn't force u to keep your core tight the machines are ok if u fit in them but I don;'t find any I've tried to be comfortable.

hack squats hit more of the sweep in your legs. brings out the width of you quads and squats hit more of the overall lower body quads, adductors, hammy and glutes

if you ever decide to do these again try putting your feet higher up on the plate and make sure your knees dont go out past your toes. i hope you undersand that its kinda hard to explain. Hacks are a great exercise though.
