| I am 16 5'7" 160 ibs bdy fat (I do not know) breakfast: I eat 1/2 cup of oats w/2 tbspns of honey (1min oats in a cylinder box) maybe 3 eggs (scrambled) depends on the mood. Lunch: hardly anything Dinner: something small usually a can of pinapples ( I work in a grocery store) if I am not working I may have something like pasta, chicken, every once in a while a slice or two of pizza.(once a month) This is a newer diet, my old one was 0 carbs 1 a week I have a creatine shake(1 scp -2 cups milk) I run approx 3 miles a day I am starting to do it in the mornings since working part time is taking up my nights. lol I am going to start taking martial arts asap I am active I am currently doing alot of high rep body weight excercises (mainly abs and running) to slim down I start a weight lifting class in 2 wks I used to throw in field events but got fed up with the coach. my last max (this last summer in Germany) in squat was 515 ibs and normally did 3x10 reps at 315 Bench was 275 I was 220ibs last November I have lost approx 25ibs since july I want to get down to 150 or stay relitively local at 160 but gain build I have been told I look anarexic(sp) by mom but I want to get rid of fat asap I am suffering from excess skin-o-nitice lol but hey the 6 pack is coming in but the last 2 are hard because that is where I was the biggest. I also found that every time I eat I regret it, it is like I have a second mindset saying that my diet is going to get me fat because I upped the carbs but lowered calories. give input I am pretty active I am always moving but I dont have axcess to a gym till next try. so any advice, excercises, clues, anything is appreciated. thanks the new guy :screwy: |

| you need to eat small meals and frequently ot keep your metabolism going try eaying 6 tiems a day with small meal portions you need more protien in your diet you have to eat lunch |

| hey well since I was on the 0 carb diet my body was breaking down, Kidney's werer hurting so I lowered callories and upped carbs but I get sick if I eat too much in the morning and a half cup oats is just perfect. I'm simply not hungery and when I am there is not much too eat that is healthy in the house cause we havent shopped yet lol. but Ill start eating lunch. thanks for the advice I ran 2.75-3 miles in 19minutes lastnight and ran it again this morning at 22min but thanks alot matt |

| what are your ultimate goals? do u want to get a lot bigger? With what u r doing right now, ur metabolism is shutting down. also, what part of ok r u from? |

| lose fat and get lean, in 2 wks I will be in a lifting class in school so I will gain a little mass there. I am going to start martial arts soon so cardio is not a problem since I run and that will be added on top of that. my goals is to be cut, and lose the fat, I have a little pudge in the rectus abdominus region and that is my problem area and I needed to up my cardio to build up for the 7+ miles a day I will run with pops in Germany. I do abs like a madman but I dont have any equipment that is used for abs, so I do alot of crunches and legraises and bicycles. I noticed I have lossed virtually all fat on my ribcage but have some on my pecs and lower abs and buttox is that normal. my goals is to pretty much keep up enough fuel intake to fuel my day but also to cut fat. | Do you do any sort of lifting? If u want to lose all the fat you may have, and theres nothing under it, its not gonna look that impressive. Also, if you start eating more and lifting, you will build more muscle, which will in turn burn more fat. |

| I do cardio, abs, pushups and I will have axcess to a full gym in 2 weeks. I have the top 4 and they are ripped and I am having a little trouble with the bottom 2 to match them. I havent lifted hard with the right equipment since late july because I was on a military base and had full axcess to a gym now I do not have time to lift outside of school since I work part time so that is why I enrolled into weight lifting. I am not a scrauny boy by any stretch of the imagination. I dicided to lose 60 ibs overnight and a year later I have achieved this. I was a heavy lifter was on the powerlifting team at school. I got sick of the coaches politics and favoritism so I quit. and decided to work witch in turn turned me into a couch potato. Now I am training for the tulsa run for next year and I am training for all the P.T I will go through this summer. ill try to find a pic of my self here in a bit matt |

| keep reading and buy yourself one of those man ab books with diets and evrything. good luck six pack is mostly diet, cardio, then training routine. Atleast for me b/c everyone is different. In that order, when I had mine it was motsly because I was doing cardio 4x's a week for 45mins, 6-8meals a day and ate consumed more protein than what I weighed. None of the answers are going to be much help because you have to understand YOUR body and design a routine and diet that works for you. |
