| so im pretty fat from my bulk now and i want to start leaning up.....should i take a metabolic enhancer like ripped fuel or sumthing to help......i weight 187 about and need to get my protein up so im gunna eat tuna every other hour and have a protein shake.....do cardio 30 minutes((fast walk)) 5 days a week.....does this sound good....oh and when im actually lifting....should i keep the same weight i have now but just try and get more reps out or wat....thanks! |
