Hey guys,
I am trying to get back into weighlifting after a layoff. I want to know if it is possible to gain weight while decreasing, or at least maintain BF%. If so, what kind of diet and lifting routine should I follow. I am 145 lbs, 5 ft 10, 12-13% BF, with a year of experince. Thanks for any help.

Yes, it's possible. Eat good, train hard, and keep it frequent. Don't forget cardio.

Thanks Guys,
I did see your thread Tom, you look great. How did you break up your routine for gaining weight and losing BF?

It was more about eating than about workout routine. I had started out going 5 days a week to the gym because I really don't like cardio. So I figured that getting the heart rate going on the weights was more the way to go for me. Cardio really didn't come into play since I was in such bad shape to begin with. Now that I'm leaner, I have to hit cardio to lose body fat.
