Hello,
I am 40 yrs old and 185 at 5 11 and want to get back to weights after a year off.I would like to start on a 3 day routine a week, on different parts for ex(day 1 chest ,tri and whatever), u guys get the idea, anyways does anyone have a good routine for me I could work out on for 2-3 months for now and then change in 3 months if it is needed, it would really help me out as I need to get back to my health physically ,I miss it after a year.

heres one you can consider

monday chest, delts and tris. (you work your shoulders a lot more than you think when you train chest)

wed. back bis and foremarms

Friday Quads hammys and calves

train abs whenever you want i think monday and fridays are good. just might thoughts. hope it helps
