| well, recently i've started to work out regularly at the gym n after my work outs im just not feeling the burn in my lower abs like i feel it in my other muscles, butmy lower abs need just a little bit more work...any suggestions??? anything besides flutter kicks(6-inches), for those of you who know what they are...you know they suck... | captains chair and lay on your stomach and lift your hand and feet off the ground I call them supermans but hell if I know what they really are called. |

| lay down on a mat an do weighted leg raises they work for me.. |

| do crunches on a bench and let your feet hang down or lay on the floor and do them with your legs straight out (don't bend your knees) that will target your lower abs the best. i usually do 2 set with my knees bent and 2 sets with my legs straight. |
