| Age_______16 Height_____5'7"-5'9" weight______190 BF_________12-15% :ohcrap: Experience w/ lifting____been lifting since high school..freshmen year went to the gym every now and then...sophmore year went like 3-5 days a week...middle of sophmore year get real serious and now lifting is my main priorty....having a hard time w/ my DIET. Goals___wanting to put on some mass and gain some weight for rugby which is in the end of January. but now im gettin pretty fat so i was wanting to loose some fat. Routine mon-chest abs tris tues-off cardio 30 min fast walk on treadmill wed-legs thurs-off 30 min fast walk on treadmill fri-shoulders abs calves sat-off cardio 30 min fast walk on treadmill sun-back & bis should i be increasing protein intake to 1.5g or is 1g per body pound okay....? thanks everyone! :thumbs: |

| you should be in the range of 1.5-2g protein/pound of bodyweight. |

| that is extremely hard to get that much protein in a day like 380-400g im in high school i dont kno how the hell im goibn to find foods that i could eat i got no microwave or nuthing?!?!??!?!?!......hows my routine? thanks!! |

| carry your junk to school, mix it in the bathroom. It doesnt matter if you mixed it in the shitter or at home. MUSCLE = MUSCLE. OH WHAT THE HELL |

| I tihkn you sohlud only hit the gym 3 days a week you grow outside the gym not inside |

| even if im just going to do 30 minutes of cardio i dont lift any weights i may do abs tho........ |

| Cardio is at your own discretion just keep it an ample amount of time from your weight training. |
