Too many people put focus on a pump. They feel that if they don't get a pump, they didn't work out properly. Not only are they clueless as to what a pump is, they go on telling others to train for a pump.

When a muscle contracts the fiber diameter increases as it shortens. This creates a force upon itself and cuts off the blood supply, leaving only what is in the muscle at the time it's cut off and traps it there. Rise in blood pressure occurs in an attempt to push the blood back out. So, this process actually decreases how much gets out, not really anything to do with how much blood is getting in. So, this tells us that a pump has nothing to do with getting nutrients or water or anything else into the muscle during workout to promote growth.

does the pump or steroids in general make your cock grow? naw this IS a good question, cuz steroids increase your blood volume and you get a better pump quality so i'm thinking the additional blood that may strech the phatia of a muscle may also stretch the erectile muscle in the penis. my one oral cycle of only 6 weeks was not enough for me to see a change in size....... but it dont matter cuz my dick is HUGE!!! my girl loves my cock ;)

btw... I have a tiny penis and don't care, because by the time chicks find out, it's already out and ready to play. So, the fact that mine has been used more than the major majority of the human male population should tell you that size really doesn't matter, unles your trying to please a woman. But, quite honestly, who gives a sh*t! I don't care about her as long as I get off.
