| well ive recently just started a new routine where it consists of cardio....before i never did cardio like once in a blue moon and its caught up to me... :ohcrap: so now ive got a couple stretch marks on my hips ya i kno im fat....but i dont want to really start cutting just yet......but i dont want ANYMORE stretch marks.....if i were to go on like an extremely clean bulk would it work in u guyss opinion and experience???......and i would be cutting out carbs...what ive heard is u need carbs when bulking to grow and u need to cut carbs when cutting.....what to do? please help advice THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! is cardio everyday for an hour about speed of 3 good((on treadmill)) |

| What r your stats and goals and how overweight do you think you are. I wouldnt bulk if i were over 25% bodyfat. You should work on establishing a good diet, something like 40%carbs 40%protein and 20% fat and keep your calories at 80% of daily maintenance,(see BMR calculators) and you WILL lose weight the right way without compromising lean muscle. Its not exact but try to take in at least 1g to 1.5g of protein for each lb of bodyweight. Do 3 full body workouts a week(monday,wednesday, friday) and cardio on your days off, and try to get leaner first. I think it makes more sense to try and give yourself the best starting point as possibe before starting a bulk. Just my 2 cents. |

| great advice thank you so much.... dont kno how much my bf is but prolly somwhere between 12-18 its mostly on my abs lave handles and butt thats about it everything else on mes pretty lean....ive cleaned up my diet alot.....many ppl tell me to only lift 3 days a week but i find that extremely hard....like i love being in the gym its soo hard not to go there everyday.... |
