| No not yet but I'm looking into it I had about 2cc of test prop and that's it and it's feeling better but the motion is limited. 800mgs of mortin helped. |

| tenderness and swelling. It felt like the next day my muscle pulled my shoulder out of socket and my brother help me put it in but I'm still in pain and have restricted movement. |

| Where is the pain? Front of shoulder? it sounds to me like a muscle injury not a ligament. (lack of bruising, description of pain) I would still get it checked out, but try to keep movement to a minimum and see a doc asap to confirm that its not a ligament or tendon. A ligament injury can suck pretty bad...heres to hoping its a muscle tear or strain and not a ligament!!!! keep us posted... |

| Canibal- you need to get an mri done on that, at the minimum have a doc check it. It might be your rotator cuff. Doesn't sound like a ligament though-Hook Em |

| IT's feeling better so light it is for me. It's really feeling better so I'm just going to take a few more days off and wait it out. If it felt as abd as it did on Saturday morning or Friday night I would be in the docs office now but instead I'm at work chillin. Anyhow, it is feeling better so I'm not too worried and thanx for everyones concern but it's seems to be ok. |

| sorry you tore your shit canibal! that sucks bad!!! just rehab it with really light weight is all you can probly do. when i came out of the comma i had physical theropy on even pinching a close pin over and over. thats how week i was!!! so dont worry, you'll be back!!!!!!!!!! |

| glad to hear its feeling better. def sounds like a muscle strain if its feeling a little better. do some LIGHT stretches and if a few days, you'll be good as new. you can switch from rice, to heat applications a few times a day...icey hot will help, and you'll breath better too! |
