| i started doing back and bis together fer 2 weeks now and the two times i have done it i cant do bis like my forearms get tooo pumped and fatigued so therefore cant get a good bi work out im gunna switch it to another day.....does this mean im using my forearms too much in my back workout? thanks! |

| bump^^^, do your major first. Look, you might think you didn't get a good bi workout, but i guarantee you did. You are already using your bi's in your back workout, afterwards you are just finishing them off by isolating them. |

| Yes, do some deadlifts, bent rows, wide pulldowns/pull ups, and some close grip sitting rows then try to do a bicep workout. If, and only if, you do it right you will only be able to do a few sets of bi's because they are going to be almost at fatigue already which, is acheiving your first goal, reaching fatigue. |

| yes my bis are fatigued but my wrists and forearms are sooo tight....its hard to even grip sumthing..... |
