| Do 2-3 back width movements such as front pulldowns on cable or just regular pull-up maybe some front pull downs standing with a bar or rope and to really get that width out go hang on a pull-up bar as long as you can and work up to a full 90sec then add wieght as needed.. |

| Alrighty thanks storm.One thing though im like..TERRIBLE at chins...is there any way i can get better at them I can get like 4 or 5 shitty chins done and thats all |

| i started adding chins to my back day.they are killers.cant do many but working on it |

| If you bad at chins then start with them first and burn out then go on to some other movements..Once you can do 3 sets of 12-15 then move chins till last... |
