| Im a cornerback from Seton Hill Uni, and Im lookin for a good workout that will get me nice and cut and I still want too maintain my speed. I need a chest bad everything else looks good but my chest is :banghead: for a miracle |

| Work your chest one time a week like the following set 1- warmup 15 reps set 2- warmup 12 reps set 3- warmup 12 reps set 4- work set 4-6 reps with assistance. If you can get a spotter try and make it so you can only do 4 reps and work the final two mainly concentrating on the negative aspect of the rep. do incline dumbbell, and pec dec. for your second workout (Pec deck) only do 1 warmup set and 1 work set. |
