Hey Guys

Does anyone have any proven advice for losing love handles. :banghead:

i read in my magizine that eating cerelfor breakfast helps it some

i dont know about cereal helping,but from what i understand you can only lose fat by cardio and high protein diet.you cannot spot reduce fat.IMO

also try eating small meals every 2.5 hrs to keep your metabolism up

This is my current diet

Upon Rising
• 1 x Teaspoon Creatine
• 1 x Teaspoon L-Glutamine 6:15am
• 1 x Glass of apple Juice

Meal 1
• 2 x Egg yolks & 6 Egg whites Scrambled
• 2 x pieces of wholemeal toast 6:45am
• Large bowl of rolled oats

Meal 2
• 1 teaspoon Creatine (Loading Phase only) 7 Days
• 2 scoops of ISO 100 9:00am
• 1 Scoop of Pure Carbs

Meal 3
• Chicken Breast or lean beef
• Baked Potato or Rice or Pasta or Wholemeal Bread 11:00am
• Vegetables or salad

Meal 4
• 1 x Teaspoon Creatine
• 2 x scoops ISO 100 2:00pm
• 1 x scoop Pure Carbs

Meal 5
• 1 x Small tin of tuna
• 100g Low Fat cottage cheese 3:00pm
• 1 x Cup of Cooked Rice

1 hour before training
• 1 x Teaspoon Creatine
• 1 x Teaspoon L-Glutamine 3:30pm
• 1 x Glass of apple Juice

Immediately after training
• 4 x Scoops of Pure Carbs
• 3 x Scoops ISO 100 5:15pm
• 2 x Teaspoons of Creatine
• 2 Teaspoons of L-Glutamine (Blend or shake in Water)

Meal 6
• Lean Beef, Chicken Or Rice
• Baked Potato or rice or pasta 6:00pm
• Vegetables or salad

Meal 7
• 2 x Scoops of ISO 100
• 1 x teaspoon L-Glutamine
• 1 x Flavoured yoghurt (Blend or shake in low fat milk) 8:30pm

what do u weigh??

what time do you go ot bed 8:30pm- 6:15am is almost 10 hours with out feeding your body... u might want to consdier eating some protien right before bed... sometihng like cottege cheese since it is slow to digest.

also consider taper off your carbs through out the day more carbs early less and less as u go on)

thats alot of creatine servings...why not do pre and post workout?

also, taking creatine and glutamine at the same time is not a good thing to do. Ive heard that they compete for the same spot in the muscle tissue. Space them out a little more
