| Im a little confused here.I am being told by some to do cardio while i am bulking/Im also 7 weeks into my run with 13 weeks left of my cycle to go.I am also on clen.Trying to rid the body fat while Im bulking up.So whats the deal if you are bulking up do not do cardio.Nor do clen.I here it will screw up your recepter sites because they are confused to what you want to do either bulk or lean down.So my point here is bulk first no cardio no clen.Then when im ready to lean down then do cardio and the clen.Any advice.want to get freak staus in 5 years.I have the time and money to do whatever i need to do .Sems like this is the only place to get solid advise.Everyone at the gym is either fat or skinny and there trying to give the advise.I just look at them and wonder why that are so out off shape giving no good advise.Im 6'256pd. |

| It's preference. Whatever you want to do. Some want to get HUGE and some want to get bigger while not letting bf get higher than a set amount, like let’s say 12%. Anyhow, the only thing I have seen posted on here a dozen + times is that a bulking shouldn't be ran at a bf% higher than 15% bf prior to the cycle which I agree with but once again its preference. :thumbs: What do you want to do? It's sounds like you don't want your bf to get out of control and if that's true maybe it's a good idea to do SOME cardio to keep some of the excess water and burn the excess cals because I imagine you are eating like a horse, this is a bulking cycle. :2cents: |

| IMO you can bulk and still take clen, as well as, do cardio. But it all really depends on you and, as it's already been stated, where you want to be with your bf%-Hook Em |

| Doing cardio is going to speed your metabolism, which in turn is going to increase your PTOR (Protein turn over ratio). This will actually assist you in getting bigger. Taking Clen and T3 will also aid in increasing your PTOR. I take Clen/T3 on every cycle. bulker or cutter. |

| thanks guys ill take it from you.Iv been doing cardio in the morning for an hour walking then some running.Make the intensity low and duration long.mon -wens thrus no cardio cause i did legs on wens then i do a fast pace walk on friday.for an hour in the morning all my weight trianing is done six hours after.have three meals in me before i lift |
