| do 3-4 warmups and 1 work set to start out with. Eventually once that tires, move up to doing a couple work sets. After that you can start training negatives and pause rests. Train for streangth, size will come. |

| I need to get some blood pumping into the muscles and espeically the joints so I lift 1 set light with half my max weight to near failure , I rest then climb the scale up and then back down again. I seem do more sets for my smaller muscle groups. |
