| too hard to know for sure really unless you use a treadmill that allwos u to enter our weight....and monitor your heart rate and go at the same intensity on a bike with the exact same statistics the calories most treadmills and cardio equipment dispaly is fairly in accurate as muscle has a higer metabolic rate than fat....so if I get on a treadmill and weigh 250lbs at 12% bf (not my stats) and another guy gets on the smae tread mill and is 250 and 18% bf even at the exact same speed and heart rate I will burn more caloires because I have more muscle |
