you guys wanted my numbers here they are.

Test Normal Me

AST/SGOT 15-37 U/L 39 High
ALT/SGPT 17-63 U/L 104 High
ALKALINE
PHOSPHATAS 50-136 U/L 60
TBILI 0.0-1.0 MG/DL 1.5 High
DBIL 0-0.3 MG/DL 0.2
TOT PROTEIN 6.4-8.2 G/DL 7.5
ALB 3.5-5.0 G/DL 4.5

I need to find out what these #'s mean and if i can continue to take supplements. (with enough water i think i should be safe) how about gear? can i use it with normal testing of the liver or am i out?
sorry it compressed the chart. normal levels are in the middle and last numbers are my numbers
