| i personally train 6 x a week but im never there for more then 50mins except legs day which can go for up to 2 hrs but ive read alot about legs realesing gh after housr of traing them.? is that to much I feel as if i haver to go less days id have to be there longer and wouldnt hit that muslce right i eat pleanty off food and protien.for my weight. any advice is this a solid plan? mon-nutrition school tues-chest/stomach wed-bicep/forearms thurs-tricpes/traps fir-shoulders/calves sat-low back.upper lats inner etc. sun-hard legs hax or regualr squats ham curls/we they call that inner leg muslce ha |

| i think your seperating everything way too much......on this site theyve told me to do a day on day off....for more rest imo i think uve got it broken down into too much..... |
