| anyone know any good lat execises... Im either not doing the ones i know properly or they just dont work. Everytime i do them my shoulders, pecs and triceps get the workout. My lats have always been the smallest and softest muscle group on my body. can anyone help? |

| what's the main problem Inner or outer lats? Outer lats - wide grip pull ups, wide grip lat pull down, bent over row Inner lats - seated row, close grip lat pull down, upright row There's a few. Make sure you are performing the lifts correctly rather then using alot of weight i.e. lat pull down I see so many people using way too much weight. |

| well i cant really tell you which ones cause i dont know the diff. between outer and inner.. yeah yeah noob i know. lol umm the ones that pop out under the arm pit area. |
