anyone know any good lat execises... Im either not doing the ones i know properly or they just dont work. Everytime i do them my shoulders, pecs and triceps get the workout. My lats have always been the smallest and softest muscle group on my body.

can anyone help?

what's the main problem Inner or outer lats?

Outer lats - wide grip pull ups, wide grip lat pull down, bent over row

Inner lats - seated row, close grip lat pull down, upright row

There's a few. Make sure you are performing the lifts correctly rather then using alot of weight i.e. lat pull down I see so many people using way too much weight.

well i cant really tell you which ones cause i dont know the diff. between outer and inner.. yeah yeah noob i know. lol umm the ones that pop out under the arm pit area.

woweee jcvaughn im pretty sure u got those backwards

inner lat -wide grip seated rows/widegrip pulls
outerlat(arch from back to arms) closegrip seated rows/behind neck pulldowns
