| my routine monday-chest tris tuesday-cardio abs wednesday-legs thursday-cardio abs friday-shoulders saturday-cardio abs sunday-back bis would this be fine? monday-chest tuesday-legs wednesday-cardio abs thursday-shoulders friday-arms saturday-cardio abs sunday-back i just dont like doing 2 things in one day other then bis/tris any suggestions?! |

| well cardio and abs isnt considered a rest day? its not even doing anything? |

| Well, as I read elsewhere, it doesn't matter what you're training, just the fact that you are training. That doesn't mean take lots of rest days, but it does in fact mean that you body does need time to rest and rebuild, without the physical and metal stress of training. Take at least a day or two off per week... plus with my life I know it would be hard to maintain an everyday training schedule. |

| so im thinkin about doing chest legs off shoulders abs cardio arms back cardio abs cuz isnt it good to rest after legs cuz it puts alotta stress on ur body??? |

| I'd add another rest day where the back day is. After reading a lot about routines, for the most part, 3-5 day routines are the best. The more you can fit into a session without lifts clashing with eachother, the better. |

Day 1 Deads x2 Pullups/chins x3 BB rows or machine rows x2 Skull crushers x3 Cable pushdowns x2 rest Day 2 Incline press x3 Flat press x2 Flies x2 Laterals x2 Rest Day 3 Squats x3 Barbell curls x3 Hammer curls x2 Calf raises x4 Heavy abs x4 rest rest repeat |
