| The worst thing ever happened to me today. It was chest and tris day and last week my max was 205. This week i couldnt put up 200!!!! This was my 5th time using the same routine. Should i just change it??!! |

| Too many variables to say but what are your stats and diet? Do you know about overtraining. |

| im about 5'8. 8%BF. 155 lbs. My diet is about 400 calories a day. Very good diet. Ive critiqued it from this site. And my workout was a pyramid load with 3 working sets and a 1 rep max, and 3 sets of incline dumbbell press. And i was going up about 5 or 10 lbs a week for about 4 weeks until just today. |

| Everyday is different.. And by the way you said MAX and you took it last week? I think its better to just get in the gym hit the weights hard and max ever 5-6weeks or so..Mabye even longer..I honestly max out about 3-4 PER year.. IDK thats jsut my opnion.. You could try to change the routine..Have you tried Supersets? that worked well for me... -Shutta |
