| Personally, I change my routine when my muscles don't feel as sore the next day as they used to, and believe me I'll never forget that pain! Usually I find thats every 4-6 weeks Well, thats my 2 cents... |

| don't use soreness as a base when to change your routine. Bro, i think you just know when to change it, you can usually tell by your body growth and when you hit a wall. I know pretty vague, sorry-Hook Em |

| routine only chnages at contest time normally..Movements chnage every week to a degree...Storm |

| ehh sometimes....like usually i switch excersizes around....and ever couple weeks change to completely diff. excersizes |
