I find it easy to start a lifting program but hard to stick with it. Any advice in keeping motivated?

Just think of all the pussy you'll get after your buff, works for me.

I always think about the guys who say "well, IF I would have kept lifting, I would bigger than that guy". Well a-hole, ya didn't, so shut up! LOL Although I still look at guys that lift and critique them in my head, I like the fact that the average guy is looking at me and wishing he was close to my size. I am not huge, but I have dense muscles and look athletic.

thats basically what does it for me...

i hate being normal or average.. when i see all the skinny numbnutz it fuels my fire. especially when they approach me with questions or advice, it really helps keep me motivated...

the stares u get are motivational as well.

But you won't be for long. Give it 4 months and you will have people noticing already. it doesn't take long considering you make the best gains at the start of your training. Once you hit the one year mark, things are looking pretty good. 2 years and it won't go unnoticed by anyone. The 2 year mark is a wonderful thing.

the whole room looking at you when you walk into the gym is annoying after awhile cause the guys are comparing with you and if they come up short they keep away from you but some do come up for advice and i love giving that plus im repling to shortz comment on how big u get in 2 years the simple truth if you dont start off big you wont be truly big but what i mean for all you big bastards you start off big you will be huge in a year or two  and shortz nice ass baby

always give your honest 100% effort. if you ever need motavation just say to your self "did i start this to quit?" "s this my 100 %?"

note: the more you do the more you can do!!!!!!
