| When doing HIIT should HIIT be your whole workout for that part of the day or is it ok do a workout session before or after doing HIIT? I wanted to do a bicepand forearm workout then do HIIT followed by some small jogging cardio but want to know if that is recommend or should HIIt be it all? Thanks |

| Sorry bro...didn't see your post until now. You don't have to do HIT and HIC together all of the time. You should mix it up and see what works best. When you adapt, then you change it to something else. As for cardio, it should be done either on seperate days or in the MA or PM...just the opposite time when you lift. If this is impossible due to your schedule, always do cardio after your workout. Some guys warm up with light cardio, then lift, then hit the cardio hard. |
