| I'm really new to this so bare with me. I started working agian after a 4 year lay off in Nov/05. I wieghed 230 and I'm 6' 2" Now I'm training 5 days a week. My Goal was to Lose wieght enough so I could see my Abs and add muscle Heres my program Mon Chest/ Tri Plus 35 mins of high intensity Cardio (Treadmill Fat burner level 12) Tue Back/Bies Same cardio as monday Wed Legs/Abs Thur Shoulders same Cardio as Monday Fri Super set arms Plus some abs same Cardio as Monday Sat/Sun off Cheat Day Sat I'm taking in about 2300-2400- calories per day 300 grams protien 175 grams of carbs. As of 2/24/06 I wieghed 193 I can see my top abs plus a little of the second row.But for last two weeks I've only lost 2 pounds total My main concern is that I'm losing muscle but at the same time I'm not losing enough fat/pounds to see my abs. I might be on the right track I'm just not sure.If anyone has any suggestions or pointers about this program plmk. Thanks P.s sorry for rambling on |

| unless your using chemicals, its my understanding that its hard if not impossible to shed fat and add muscle... are you on sum tren or sumthing? |

| Are you losing strength is that why you think your losing muscle. Looks like your on the right track. The only thing that jumps out at me is the lenght of your workouts. 30-45 minutes is ideal. going over an hour is a surefire way to burn muscle. And make sure youre getting a good post workout nutrition. |

| Maybe whatever weight you are losing from fat is being negated from the weight you are gaining from muscle mass? |

| For a post workout meal I've been eating 1 chicken Breast 1 half sweet potato plus 1 cup of veg.But for the last few day i've been drinking a post workout drink from the gym something Force 35g protein 60 g cards 6 g sugar. I've also been pushing my cardio the treadmill only goes to level 10 but you can manually change the setting to reach higher levels (on the at burner plan). |

| Yeah, you need a shake or something fast abosrbing. That chicken meal is a good meal just not post workout. |
