| I trying to cut down but wan't to make sure I'm taking in enough Calories so I'm not losing Muscle.I'm a male 6'2" and I wiegh 193lb Im working out 5 days a week plus cardio 4 days @ 35 mins (sameday as wokout days except leg ) Total Program takes 1 hour 30 min. I'm take in 2300-2500 calories per day 300 g Protien plus 150-200g carbs per day any suggestions would help. Thanks |

| I was 230 a few months ago 30% body fat now I'm at 15% body fat.I just want to make sure I'm taking in enough calories so I'm not burning muscle but still burning fat.I didnt know if there was some way of knowing what the daily average of calorie intake should be per body wieght. Thanks |

| That sounds about right for your size. I wouldnt go any lower. |
