6'4" 200 lbs. trying to put on mass. I used to work out everyday and do each group every 5th day and never do legs. Let me hear your thoughts and Will gladly take any suggestions. Sunday - Off Monday - Biceps, Forearms Tuesday - Leg Extensions, Leg Curls Wednesday - Chest Thursday - Off Friday - Shoulders, Back Saturday - Triceps, Squats, Calf Due to a lack of or better equipment. I need to do chest, leg extenstions and leg curls on Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs. Triceps and shoulders on Fri, Sat, or Sun.

Basic dead lifthttp://www.abcbodybuilding.com/deadlift.htm Id do that one on back days http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/excercise/straight%20leg%20deadlifts.htm Do this one on leg days. Works your hams real good. Go heavy on these. Find a weight you can do 6 times to failure. High reps is too hard on your back.

to me, i don't think its a good idea to work small muscles groups by themselves. also by training large groups twice per week, you might not be allowing them to rest and grow. i would try something like this.. Monday-chest/biceps/forearms do flat bench, incline bench, db flys for chest and then two exercises with 3 sets each for biceps. if you really want to do some forearms add 1 or two exercises for them, but they are a supplemental muscle and you WILL be working them when doing bi's Tues--leg extension, leg curls, squats, calf raises wed--off thurs--back=pullups,pulldowns,bent bb rows, dead lifts fri--shoulders and triceps sat--cardio sun--off
