OKAY. When I used to set apart a whole day just for Triceps, I would do 4 sets of one exercise then move almost immediately to another exercise for triceps and do 4 sets and move immediately to my last exercise for triceps. I would get very good work outs this way (aka the next day they would be so sore and pumped). Now that I have re-thunk my work out, I am doing Triceps and some legs the same day. I did 1 Tricep work out, then 1 leg workout then 1 tricep and so on. The next day my triceps didn't feel as pumped.

Basically what I'm asking is should I be alternating 1 tricep and 1 leg routine. or should I just do all my legs, then all my tricep exercises? Or is it just personal preference?

They're not going to feel as pumped because legs require more effort and energy during a session. Since they're such a big body part, they will require more blood flow, thus leaving less for your tri's. Very different routine (legs/tri's), but if it works....more power to ya.
